Julia sent me this footage to help assess her throw and with her go ahead I decided to share it with you guys. I’ve had a number of people send me footage for review, and I’m finding that there is a lot of overlap on the advice I’m giving – so hopefully everyone can benefit from these reviews if I make them public!
One correction in my video! At 8:36 I say to stand more “upright” but that definitely isn’t what I mean. I meant to say: keep your upper body tilted like that, but to achieve that tilt don’t let your back bend at all, hinge at your hips instead.
